This layoff hasn’t happened yet, it is happening April 7th. Warning sign for the rest of Medtronic to hold on as layoffs across other sites are expected.

The article said WARN act was filed Feb 05. There was MDT wide layoff on the same day that included RIF in diabetes division. Isn’t this the same thing or am I mistaken?
