Is there a correlation between product support levels and layoffs? Example: Windows 2022 UFR II version 4 drivers for imageRUNNER advance. This is not available now?

I am not aware of product support employee layoffs, but I’m sure there is lower morale which could reduce overall support level quality. Don’t expect the unaffected expats & executives to be of any assistance, LOL. The only drivers they are familiar with are the chauffeurs that give them a ride to and from the airports.
