How rampant is this? Working in Optum I got the impression it was in fact quite rampant. I can't even imagine the abuse happening offshore.
It's happening in my department. There is one person SH30 that does not know anything, not domain, not business, not technical yet my manager made him my new manager, I do all the work n he just gets status report n daily updates from me. No other team wants him on in their project yet he got 50% of time allocated to a projevt in PPMO that he has not even done a minute of work
