Ive heard it would go away...
The competitors have it so dumping it will alter the metrics HR uses for hiring. TMo also offers an ESOP that banks up to 15% for a 6 mo window then buys stock at a 15% discount off the lowest stock price over that window. There’s no minimum time to hold it before selling. I was always annoyed VzW didnt do anything like that for managers/Band 7 & lower.
