Consent order work is a career ki-ler. Lots of quick hires, no organization, maximum stress level, zero logic to the work, 90% of the work is throw away and then sp-t out when it's over.

@OP honestly feels like they are targeting everyone that their net contribution is their opinion. Transformation, Risk, CO are all going to get hit. We grew these out like crazy due the consent order. While you're never fully safe. Owning a required process puts you less at risk.
