Are they targeting Managers & Senior Managers in next wave?

Even though they said no layoffs, Do uou think they are trying to get Managers & Senior Managers to quit?

I'm a very expensive store manager who's just cashing easy paychecks.

Sycamore would be very smart to replace me with a lower paid store manager.

Severance offer coming soon?

My opinion, I can see them cutting the amount of store managers back and having one store manager watching two different stores. They'd be in one store 2 or 3 days and be in the other store the remainder.

Always have heard the store is the safest place to work during sweeping layoffs. They need Store Managers. There is really no bench to work with if they choose to offer severance to higher paid veteran store managers. I don’t see that happening unless they completely change the leadership structure in the stores. Now that districts will be larger, they need people who can function and make decisions on their own.
