Partially correct. Ford needs so many because their quality is worse then anyone else's. Other car makers don't really have a shortage. Problem is Ford mechanics have to be busier then anyone else. More to fix.

Yep. Just like JF's critical shortage of 6,000 qualified technicians at Ford dealerships, despite offering annual salaries up to $120k. Only problem is 90% of them actually only make $40k.

Management should be the ones getting less. They lead us workers and have failed. I hope the VPs and above see this and accept the responsibility and take less. They need to recognize what all the GSRs have done and give them what they were told.

People with exceed ratings can get 100% or more of the 130%, but met will likely get you closer to 80% of 130%.

Hearing from people leaders that there are strict requirements for giving out 100% of your target so 100% of the 130% sounds like a myth…
