Was anyone told that merit increases were not going to be given to 3's this year? Was told it was company wide. Is that true?

4-(meets expectations)/1.5%
Level 26 - Bonus? LOL.
"critical asset to the client/account"
Exit strategy in place.
I received a 5 and got a 1% raise. No one in my department got higher than a 2%. No 3s got any raise this year. Really sad.
The pool was 1% of overall salaries. Some departments chose not to give raises to the 3s, and instead share the $$ with the 4s and 5s. The 5s had to get 2% so they ate up a big chunk of the pool.
Enterprise Clinical Services didn’t give us our goals last year until our year-in-review was held this week, which is when we found out we didn’t exceed all the expectations we didn’t know we had.
Got 2% at 3/5. But I started the middle of last year. No bonus or other awards. Level 30.
It is all good. Applying elsewhere and am making up a much higher number as my total comp.
We didn’t get a raise. We didn’t get our goals until well into Q1 last year and were never told how they are measured. Our department’s leadership cannot seem to comprehend why this is an issue.
Just finished my review. I had a 4 and received a 0.5% increase. GL 26 so no RRP on top of that.
I got a 3, 0% merit increase, 50% RRP. Demoralizing after reviews 2020-2024 were all 5s, 2019 was a 4.
I scored a high 4 and got 1.25%but they did away with RRP on our side this year so pretty painful... smh
Yes. This was sent out.
I was a 4 and met all metrics and got 1%. Grade 26. Awful. Just awful
Just had my review. GL 26, rated a 3, 1% merit increase. Terrible lol
It's not a hard and fast rule.
I have 3s that got 0 across the board (low end of 3 rating).
I have 3s that got 0 merit and 60-80% RRP.
I have 3s that got small merit increases but ineligible for RRP.
Across the board 3s didn't got much.
If you are low in your salary grade or even under the minimum you may have gotten a raise with a 3. I do not think its common and depends on your team dept.
@OP my 3s got 1%
@a6 you're a great leader! Keep fighting for your people. 🫶
Some of my 3’s got 1% and others nothing.
I believe giving 0% Merit and 60% RRP was the recommendation from above, but all areas have final say in how to split it. There are factors that go in like how high you are in the list of 3s, how many new people there are on the team who the manager can poach dollars from, etc
It was based on grade level. So everyone here who said they gave their team merit increases , it was a pittance and only some grades got a bonus, u can bet your manager got a bonus, someone needs to keep lying and coercing the minions to keep Steve rich.
True for my department (clinical)
Maybe just for your area.
I had 3’s and gave them merit and RRP. I also generally don’t toe the line with made up rules. I fight for my people when they deserve it.
The new low of an insulting .5% merit is the new standard.
Could be true for your LOB.
Not true. Some departments didn’t get them and some did. Not sure how the decision was made to give raises to some and not others.
You were lied to
Some people with 3s have received increases.
