Some of the WFH bosses don't even have fingers. I wouldn't sweat it. Just milk them dry. Just a bunch of old washed up hussies on an ego trip. The experience is more complimentary on a resume then a .50 raise.

Working hard is for little people. Get experience and move up or out, that is why all the L30+ at this place have an average tenure of 5 months.

@a7 exactly. Know for a fact that they don’t even look at your self evaluation to base your bottom line. Coworker didn’t do self evaluation and got more than me who did more and got nothing! Don’t bother showing what you do, it doesn’t matter. Truth!!
3.75 and got a 0%. Not kidding. I worked my tail off this past year. Not saying everyone else didn’t either. But to not get anything made me sick. The reason - they had a bad year. Really - I can see your yearly financials.
