I'm in an optum clinic in Tampa. Everyone got 1% in my center regardless of rating. We weren't allowed to give anything less or anything more.

@ax hi, I don’t see light at the end of the tunnel for this year. I will not be around for my second annual review. My part of Optum has forecast 55% of the revenue in 2026 as we forecast in 2025. This is a company in dire waters, like GE in the 2000s.

My former supervisor informed me last year, that upper management would not allow a 5 for my department. So no fives at all. Let's see how this will play out as the supervisors that knew our work have been let go.
It’s not the same on all teams. In my department, 3-5 all got 1%.
Is a 3 bad with 13k bonus and no raise or RSU at 29. Is there any hope to grow with in this company?
In my area,
3, 0% merit, 0% rrp
4, 1.5% merit, 105% rrp
5, 2.5% merit, 155% rrp
Almost no 5s. Having to give people 4s when their feedback is overwhelmingly positive su-ks.
I think it would be better to distribute the rrp so 3s get something. Giving 0 is an invitation to leave. But the ones who will leave are the 4s who should have been 5s.

Meh. I received a 5 w/ 1.2%. At least grateful for RRP and RSU.
I meet with my manager monthly and every month have been 5s across every goal.
We met yesterday and somehow I landed on a 4 with a 1% increase. Level 26 so no RRP.
I wasn't expecting much as I knew what was coming but I dont know how I landed on a 4 after a full year of 5s. Just so they didnt have to give me 2%. She was late to the meeting and it was so rush I didnt even have time to ask how the 4 got calculated...
If I slow down any more - they'd call it sleeping
@OP I was so dejected to get my review this week! I met requirements with a 3 but got a $0 raise and $0 RRP.
Crazy how all over the place these are. Pointless to guess.
You need to move horizontally every few years or vertically up or you will lose badly to inflation.

Depends entirely on your boss, so in a company 300,000 or whatever, the data is of little value.

Im guessing 5 start off at 2%. I received 3%. I saw someone else received 3.5%. I also saw in another post where someone got a 4 and received less than 1%
