I feel like things are still generally ok on the core teams here at TD. The important people are still here and the wlb is still great, who else feels the same?

Dont worry SM, youre doing a great job. Employees love having the constant threat of layoffs, and doing 4 different jobs, and not even being given a COL pay increase for the trouble. Changing strategy every week also keeps us on our toes, and lets us learn new skills, everybody loves skills upgrades. And dont listen to what anyone says, having zero or even better declining revenue YoY is the true sweet spot, investors dont want to see improvement that 90% of the market is achieving these days. Keeping things slow and steady keeps expectations low and we can work unemcumbered by pressure.
But yeah, I'm sure WL balance is great for you.
