It's so lame both leaders are not even making eye contact. RA doesn't want to talk about his demotion. Hopefully, they are finding a replacement to consolidate all compliance departments.

The DD Townhall was a train wreck. SP struggles to answer even the most basic questions. He resorts to incoherent babbling. MM is even worse. She has no people skills, no leadership abilities, and no expertise in any domain. Where do they find these clowns?
The writing is on the wall, the rest of the company will be sold soon. Crown is never going to tell you this because they need you to continue to be good little worker bees to make the sale attractive
This is not leadership, it’s lies and manipulation to protect themselves and stuff as much cash as they can in their pockets. We are at the point where actions speak louder than words here
@cm Agreed. Look at how many security people and lawyers our company now has after the RIF. Maybe they need them to keep the company looking clean and compliant while we seek a buyer.
RA and his team of corporate police need to go. They spend way too much time watching the goings-on of company emails. Meanwhile, most of them are probably gaming at home with mouse jigglers while collecting a paycheck.
