They cant even add up how many nickles they need to properly pay out GSR bonuses. Figure it out, go back to the BoD's and say "We made a calculation error, please approve an additional $x-x in funds for the GSR's. We owe them those funds".

When did Farley fix Ford? So, the guy who ran the company with the most recalls in automotive history for a single year is going to advise another company how to run their business! It isn’t just Farley either. It’s Farley and his entire senior management team, most of which come from unrelated industries and know absolutely nothing about engineering and manufacturing cars and trucks. And now since they wrote off $19+ billion in EV program losses, they are now pressuring their supply base by rejecting legitimate EV program cancellation claims and demanding cost reductions on other existing components to make up for their monumental mistakes.

Harley Davidson stock is down 40 percent or so over last year years. Only segmenting and targeting rich old people works out well. Dying customer base and lack of young new buyers Hmmmm can some lessons be applied to Ford?
