Have the team below SVP create power points. Then meet to discuss the power points. Then meet to discuss the power point changes. Make changes. Meet to discuss changes. Circle back with the rest of the SVP’s. Meet, review PPT’s again. Create a fire drill after meeting. Have your team drop everything, meet on PPT’s, make changes. Meet again to review changes. Meet with SVP’s on changed PPT’s. PPT’s look good. Leadership pivots and start the circus all over again.
First step, WFR 80-90% of the SVPs.
