Fire them, but without any bonuses (ACB or whatever else they are on).

They deserve this. So many good people, great colleagues, had to pay for their stupidity. For stupid strategy, and even stupider implementation of it. Their legacy is utter failure on every front.

She needs to show internal accountability among leadership.
