can we have less of that guy? how many want to see what he does for a job? i cant imagine the amount of money his organization is wasting at the company - its huge and is stacked with nyc deadweight.

Whelp, you got your wish.
I love playing the “what is the biggest waste of NM money” game like everyone else, but I’d hardly say the innovation function qualifies. If you look at the projects and concepts they’re piloting or educating everyone on, it’s the same topics everyone in the industry is saying is the future.
Also, we’ve had maybe 5 innovation leaders in the past decade… this is the first one I actually see trying to actually do something. And so what if he’s a joker? See the other threads about everyone complaining about how our leaders are emotionless robots. What do you want exactly?
