No but I wish!!
Lots of rumors going around but from what I have heard from several sources is that eliminating hybrid work and going fully onsite is a push towards people quitting voluntarily to avoid a layoff. Leadership is implementing AI in purchasing and the factory. AI will eliminate a significant number of jobs within a year. Spring 2027 is the predicted date for layoffs, if enough people do not quit before then.
