Will never happen. During COVID they did the minimum required per each country’s laws. Australians did well. Americans not so much. Workers are more protected in Oz.

The only thing offered was 4 months pay to leave back in 2022. I know many employees who left that year. Exxon does not nor ever will offer severance.

Highly doubtful. In a severe pinch could see them potentially offering some bridging for folks close to retirement.

I would jump on that in a heartbeat but dont see XOM ever offering it. It's PIL or nothing.
