In that same filing, Kyndryl warned that it expected
to report material weaknesses spanning the full
fiscal year ended March 31, 2025 and the first two
quarters of fiscal year 2026. The weaknesses, the
company said, are expected to include issues with
information and communication and what it
described as "tone at the top." The company added
that its assessment of internal controls and the
related opinion from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP
included in the 2025 annual report should no
longer be relied upon.
