Feb. 27th is the end of the pay period that would allow Verizon time to get the next wave off the books by end of March. How big do you think the RIF will be?

Hate to say it, but the November rifts didn’t make a dent in the the bloat & dysfunction. Maybe another 10K, and we’ll see progress?

@az apologies. I mean when Verizon wish to make me redundant they have to give me 3 months notice. If I resign I have to give 2 months. It's a bit odd and may be an old contract arrangement

I have a 3 month notice period, is it only 1 month in the US? Even for senior staff?
That's kind of all I'm hoping for in the short term - to get into April as that's my country's new tax year

I believe it will be another 15,000 laid off in March.
