How many managers are going to lose thier jobs over the shady business they have been doing for years?
It's ashame that when these management A holes finally gets what's coming to them they have already ruined other honest peoples careers.

Managers and ethics don't belong in the same sentence. I've met very few managers that were actually decent people. Any management that engages in deceptive practices won't lose their jobs. I've seen quite a few of them get promoted! The current management as far as I'm concerned, can't be trusted at all! They will lie about anything and at any time for the smallest of things. It's why I've also told many people over the years to document everything that they tell you. If you have the ability, try to record them! If they call you, record it! The UP has a so-called rule in place to prevent you from doing that, but what do you have to lose? If they come after you for something and fire you, then you'll have nothing to use against them except your word. If they come after you and fire you after you recorded them or documented them, then you have something to use against them! Their recording rule doesn't apply to you after you've been let go. Either way, you've already lost your job. I'd rather have something to prove they're were being dishonest or unethical, and use that to go after them. Is recording or documenting everything they do ethical? No, not really, if they're not being honest and ethical with you, then why should you be honest and ethical with them? It's called beating them at their own game!
I hope every single one of those corrupt directors and every other manager involved with that "Side Business" is $hitcanned. I'm sure the IRS will have a field day with them too, since it was put in a fake name. Some of the names I heard will put a smile on many faces knowing they get what they deserve.

I am pretty sure certian auditors were thrown a bone to two , for them to turn a blind eye on what is going on about kickbacks from contractors.
Hopefully all those corrupt uppers in Signal start throwing each other under the bus, which they will, they do it anyways. I've heard other names in the grapevine. I wonder how long they had that side gig going for??
You mean the Signal Dept AVP that was walked off property, and the Directors that say "Oh we did not know what was really going on". You have Directors that quit to start a contracting company MoRail or go there to manage and run that contracting company, and contracts being given out specific to that contractor. Every damn SIGNAL DEPT DIRECTOR knew exactly what was going on and has been for years. This isn't new. How about the directors that show up in Kansas City just for the weekend to party or go to Chiefs, Royals, Final 4 games on contractors dimes. Their so called Audits are just a front to get out of Omaha to party and run around. This is nothing new, fire all of them.
What about the corrupt signal uppers, creating a "Contractor" job to make sure their beloved new company got all the bids?????? Funny how they preach ethics and in reality they are the worse ones in the bunch.
Did Union Pacific managers get 100% of their bonuses this year? Bnsf got 60% and the year before was 50%. Seeing if I can work over there so I can get 100% again because that’s part of my wage
None of them will. The best liars get promoted. To think any different means you haven’t been paying attention. If you’re a really good liar you eventually move into politics and the best of those go to congress. In congress you make your fortune from the NGO’s you fund with taxpayer money.

That is what is so tragic, managers have been lying for so long now the execs have no clue about the true real numbers honest numbers it would require to honestly run a railroad by their rule book. Had an id--t manager tell a guy wed afternoon who was 2 days behind on his workload due to being understaffed to get his scheduled work done this week before friday and to get all of his work that is scheduled for next week done before friday also so he can get ahead. The poor guy called his union begging for help, he told his manager he might barely be able to catch this week back up by end of friday but that was the best he thought possible. His manager is so d-mb he didnt understand why he got behind to begin with and in the same breath orders him to get ahead. Then managers claim we have enough people and the FRA is about to give huge major waivers so they are gonna need even less people in the near future. Which is laughable because waivers arent gonna decrease broken rails or trouble calls.
The higher ups have ZERO ETHICS.. It’s just for us to follow
