@cv it is pretty much what the management is doing in this company. Have you ever seen a so-called “leader” taking any executive decision and take responsibility for it? It’s much easier to hide on LinkedIn and post void stuff about AI and how great they drive transformation (lol).
The one who asked the question is a clueless woman brought from Cadence by Heisser to become a VP in Siemens EDA....meanwhile half of the people reporting to her left and her org sells nothing....she spends her time posting dummy sh-t on LinkedIn.....what a joke
