Anybody else from the November RA (last day 12/31/2025) receive an invoice from IBM for "Outstanding Uncollected Amount Due"? Just received a statement that does not specify WHAT benefits I'm being billed a Balance Due for.

Need to boost that stock price, and fund those bonuses somehow. If you collect a couple hundred dollars from each RAed employee, (about ~ 10000 people last year ). That’s a couple more million for executives bonuses.
This goes to show how desperate they are to save money. Pathetic.
One of my Laptops was still on Windows 10. I don't know why they needed it. Everythings on 11 now and that Laptop would not sell at a thrift shop
Invoice? I didn't receive an invoice. Did you send it to the right address? Maybe it was lost in the mail. I have no idea what you're talking about. Oh, and you must have the wrong phone number, no one here by that name, just got this phone, you must be looking for the person that had this number before me. Have a nice day.
They want about $125 from me
F@ck em. Their mistake not mine !!!!!
@ab 100% correct on all points.
I believe in the USA, health care runs until the end of the month and I'd be surprised that you are billed for this.
It's for health care for the last 2 weeks of 2025. Because there was no paycheck to take it out of - and because Fidelity was not set up yet for cobra -- this fell through the cracks.
So in a robustly incompetent fashion IBM sent this outrageously worded bill two months late that makes it sound like a debt collection.
They are incompetent t w a t s.
I got an invoice as well. I was going to call Netbefits and ask what it’s for but my guess is that it was for half a month of December for your health care premium cost.
Equipment/devices (e.g. laptop, cellphone) which their records believe you still have??
