Curious how many are already looking elsewhere. It is so miserable here. Thank you, new leadership team. You can't even last a year at your previous places of employment. Come to Terrordata and in record time you will either fire really good people or successfully run off the rest. Cheers to nothing.

Definitely looking but I feel you don't get taken seriously when you have teradata on your resume. Your viewed more as a liability by any potential employee than anything.
Sad fact is that I've probably stayed too long round here and that really hurts my future prospects elsewhere. Probably explains why so many former employees have really struggled to find something else.
Anyone got any prospects?
I can see the ones nearing retirement hanging on to milk the cow for all it's worth and not going through the hassle of finding another job, but those early in their careers would be foolish not to be looking or in denial about the health of the company. Working for a place where a job-ending 15 minute Outlook calendar invite with your manager/HR can pop up at any time is reason alone to plan ahead.
If you are not looking, you don’t understand the situation.
