Tis the time of year when hours get dramatically cut. yeah your store manager told you don't worry, you'll get your 35 hours, only the schedule is now showing maybe 20 or less. Oh and that severance they said you'll get for all those years you worked, forget that too. BBBY's stock closed at $2.78 today! Woo Woo!!! a year ago it was $22.84. This company is going bye bye people.
Find another job, working at a local gas station as a cashier is better than this $h!tshow. The Capital Investment firms have milked this cow dry, and Generation Z buys everything online. No future here.

No need to disparage the position of cashier at a gas station! It takes everyone!
But it's been a nice, quiet , low key Christmas season so far. Certainly not a lot of stressful days running like a maniac.
One of the reasons I chose not to return after COVID was that I could not trust the store manager to tell the truth on anything. I would not follow one of them to the parking lot, much less into battle. Every good manager here left a long time ago or was found out to be an incompetent clown due to their own behavior. Will never forget the one fired for throwing a humidifier at a customer. Great service, hypocrite, but then again, he was barmy to start.
True be that! My store has not closed and the back stock is bare! I do want to say Merry Christmas to all the BBB employees that got let go and also to the ones sticking it out!! May the New Year be brighter for us all! To the ppl who ran it off a cliff, you truly are the grinch who stole Christmas! Santa has some coal for you all!
you are like nostradamus-able to predict the future with such little information available to you. thank goodness you are on this site and will rescue us all from ourselves.
