I heard they've been collecting keystrokes for years and feeding all this behavior to the ai replacing us - can't we be protected from this?
I heard they are not going to be giving too many annual compensation raises this year, and above level 9 gets 0 raises.
Salesforce has made it difficult to retain quality engineer's because they no longer refresh stocks at decent amounts, and promotions are not really a thing anymore. It is just easier to leave the company and get a promotion at another tech company.
