Can't integrate out tools and acquisition but bring AI in to fix everything

@ay You mean outsourcing and keep getting worse results that look almost real because of AI at face value. It will be expensive to hire me to clean this up one day.
AI is real however at Fiserv since 2022 AI' is touted to justify layoffs. Fiserv will pay third party vendors to roll out agentic AI. And just like everything else at Fiserv hype, promises then poor execution and underfunded.
Fiserv will never bring back enough legacy knowledge to build out meaning full AI tools.
Hope I am wrong but the track record is the track record.
They keep thinking that AI, automation, and India will resolve many issues. The company has lost many tenured knowledge employees and we have many legacy items. Oh but not to worry..
AI, automation, and India will do it all. This is a path to failure.
