All rumors were fake. Cisco is growing 10% YoY and stock price is better than its peers. Just see no reason for layoffs or site closings. Would not be surprised if nothing happens in August either.

Ask G2 about Hypershield. The guy is full of sh-t and a total BS fake. CR doesnt see this because his ego is flattered by yes-men politicians like G2.
Why is Cisco even in the security business?
I can't remember the last time SBG recorded a meaningful win.
SBG has no standout products. Sales are dominated by the aged, commodity products like AnyConnect and Duo. They've tried doing product development and nothing sticks, its just a woot-bag of random low-quality checkbox products.
Sure, owning Splunk ups the revenue numbers, but Cisco wildly overpaid to complete acquiring a product already well past its growth phase.
The entire org is a complete mess. On top of all of the other structural issues, it is now being used as a forced testbed for outsourcing.
SBG can't be fixed, dump it!!
