At Emmott, you’re a layoff target unless you’re in the quality clique. They’re safe and have it made in the shade. The same CAPAs and skip lot keep all of them safe

Wait about four weeks for last paycheck and severance check to settle and then roll over 401k to individually owned traditional or Roth 401k, such as Edward Jones or Fidelity account you control. You will have more control over investments and probably lower fees associated with the money. America Funds is 0 fees once account is $1MM. Consider converting trad IRA to Roth IRA as well.

Move HSA account from Optimum to another holder. Optimum will start charging management fees when Baker insurance ends after three months. There will be a small transfer fee.

Keep mailing and email addresses updated with Benefits Center as long as you have any ties to Baker such as pension plan.
