when will bonus for 2025 being distributed? Will bonus being adjusted (up/down) based on refinery performance? what are the benefits of being rated as extraordinary results/role model?

if i got promoted from G11 to G12 in december (12% to 15% bonus target), is my bonus going to be referencing 12% for Jan-Nov and 15% for Dec, or referencing 15% for the full year?

@108 do the math and bonus likely in 130 range. Merit is probably the same as always 3-3.5

Forget the bonus its more important to be asking are we all going to made to follow the new oil grounds in Venuzuala before long. Uprooting and going to a new land is not easy for families to do.

Typically last week of March of first week of April.

There is some flexibility in the bonus awards. Your group is given the ability to adjust bonuses up/down based on performance although it only varies a small percent.

You will have a solid idea how the bonus will look with MPLX files the 10-k end of February which shows the senior leadership bonus percent.

The refinery performance or region performance is new this year. Remains to be seen what happens and how it plays out.
