Thread regarding Blackbaud Inc. layoffs

@ey That meeting invite kind of seems like 2/23 or 2/24. Handbook states the work day starts at 8:30am EST, meeting starts 5 mins later which is pretty telling to me.

This will get downvoted but in my opinion layoffs aren‘t something to worry about anymore.

Why? Because you all got a 2 year layoff notice from the man himself. Do NOT waste time worrying because the ship is already sinking and the remaining safety rafts have been reserved by the ELT rodents and their sycophant cheerleaders in management. Instead, worry about why you haven’t found a new job yet.

Blackbaud will be remembered as the General Electric of not-for-profit software because Michael Gianoni follows the same playbook as Jack Welch. When has the company actually improved? Despite all of this, we all warned you it would get worse and now even the CEO is hinting at doomsday, so you only have yourself to blame if you think a career at Blackbaud is worth staying for.

None, so far. Don’t get complacent though. They are coming.

No mass ones that I can see in our system. Just usual weekly ebb and flow.
