How is it people? Did they bring their mixed bag attitudes?

I am a tech in Florida, there is work stoppage training at frontier locations currently. I have a feeling the northeast will go on strike.
The XO engineers are some hard working people. I am told that their management culture was not as good. It shows in ways that make you sad for the employees. Putting in extra hours but not putting the overtime on your time sheet out of fear, etc.
Also, since their pay is “technically” within band, XO did not receive any kind of raise getting adopted by Verizon. Our fXO teammates make around $70k a year with 10 and 20 years of service, while the average employee salary on the incumbent team was $105-110k.
Still BAU on frontier side.
