@OP Layoffs haven’t paused. They’re happening on a rolling basis, with people being let go week after week. The question keeps resurfacing in different forums, and it’s surprising that there’s still uncertainty around it. The reductions never really stopped. Just a few weeks ago, roughly thirty people in EOT were let go.

@OP there is no rounds. Cuts are happening weekly in different divisions. The goal is to cut 10% across in 2026. Then Mike and Jim can get another raise.
