It's hilarious that many of the worst hires thrive here and snag larger bonuses. They are akin to cockroaches.

This new exec lt thinks the universe revolves around them, their opinions, and that their voices and time are more important than yours. No way to build morale and confidence in your employees.

Since the beginning of recorded time, sycophants have done fairly well. They generally have a highly inflated opinion of their worth when it’s actually their toadying to management that keeps them employed. It eventually catches up with them.

I'd say my name here because if you pulled my git history you'd be shocked. I've refactored and designed many crucial services for our onprem services and I keep critical customer infrastructure alive. Teradata would be foolish to let me go and I'm actually one who submits feedback for other more Jr team members. I like to submit positive feedback where I can but I do not hesitate one bit to be honest
