Everyone's talking about big numbers. My team hasn't been hit yet, but that doesn't mean it's safe tomorrow. Judging by the rumors and reports, it definitely looks bad. I'm afraid our worst predictions are coming true.

Largest RIF I think I’ve seen at one time in last 10+ years, and it hit everywhere, including the DCs. I don’t have any raw numbers, but from what I’ve heard I’m expecting 30-40% at support center and remote support. They’ve done 300 in a day before, the fact that this took 2 suggests it’s at least twice that.
@a5 At least one person in each department was hit in HR. Employee Relations, Workplace Solutions, HRBPS, Compensations, etc.
@ba then this sh!t is bananas... B. A. N. A. N. A. S. !
@a4 that would be many times more than any layoff they’ve ever done before. It’s possible, but I would be surprised if it’s that high. It will be more than 300 I think based on what I’ve heard today. But 900+ would be really bananas.
@av yes that is what I’ve heard.
@at I can’t speak to salary but do know both Deerfield and remote have been impacted
@ac they are cutting remote people? Or is it salary based?
I've seen a list of nearly 100 people let go, mostly from IT, and that's just from word of mouth.
@a6 there's 3k people on the attendance dashboard and then remote people on top of that.
@a4 respectfully, I didn’t think there were even ~980 people in corporate, currently.
@a2 Who is gone in HR???
@OP Heard from multiple sources that impact is 30%. Roughly ~980 jobs at corp
based on a meeting room capacity and availability we're guessing 250-325 if they are using all that is blocked so far.
HR got hit today. We lost quite a lot of people.
