Worst place to work for!
Management and tenured ICs worship Stakeholders and create a toxic political environment to extract every ounce of energy from your soul. They are dirty politicians in a corporate office. Unethical and unfair leadership.
Never ever join this place!!!

Run a way and save your soul! Their salary doesn’t worth their poor management and silent layoffs.

Don’t join this company if you are not an Indian! Trust me, they treated you differently and you can’t do anything about it. I saw US citizens pushed away to quit or got terminated while Indian employee with less talent get a way and got promotion easily.

Worst company with no moral. Management can do anything and get away with it. HR is a joke. Bulling and yelling is their culture. Avoid this company and protect your mental health

At Intuit, real work is done by SWE I, SWE II, Senior, and Staff engineers. Everyone else mostly writes documents, drags out decisions, talks in industry buzzwords, and builds shiny projects to impress their bosses and chase promotions. None of it meaningfully contributes to the product or revenue.
