The GCL I know in ET has three direct reports who actually manage a number of people each.
he does nothing but walk around feeling very important and taking lots of smoke breaks.
He contributes nothing but takes home a nice level 8 salary.
Unbelievable! Just unbelievable!
Not sure but all SLs and GSLs position are put on hold across enterprise .
