Cisco’s P/E ratio is 33+ - higher than Google, Amazon, Meta and Netflix. That’s crazy- Wall Street is valuing Cisco higher than all these other companies!
If I have one regret about not being in Cisco it’s this: stock was dead for many years and now that I’m no longer in, has taken off like a rocket! Just my luck I guess, don’t think anything changed significantly but the external perceptions sure have.

Duh, look at stock price from mid 1990s until current. It is a doggly pos. Could have done better investing in total stock market index fund.
I sold Cisco ESPP/RSUs long ago and bought other big tech stocks ! I’m fine with returns in other top 5-8 big tech !!
Whoever wants to stick with CSCO for long term growth, good luck ! It is a good dividend company or investment for the last 7-8 years.
The ones who are making money are the top level executives with thousands of RSUs and huge bonuses. Many are selling for profit or fund their kids education or maintain multiple homes.
CSCO is mostly owned by institutional investors and companies with a lot of funds in mutual funds m/etf and it is not a top trading stock among day traders or retail investors.

Yes but do not forget the cruel and cut throat culture at Cisco where only friends and family benefit from any success. The rest of the employees are just there for any workforce adjustments. i.e. layoffs.
