For those who got partially meets what’s your plan? Are you quite quitting until a new job or picking up the pace?

If no pay increase and a decreased bonus is "a good outcome," I have to wonder how our leaders sleep at night. That behavior does not increase loyalty and commitment, though those things are demanded as well. Just work harder and do more, with less, and don't complain. Our shareholders are depending on you. Oh, right. They get paid plenty.
Stop putting up with the psychological abuse TR has been doling out to it's "most valuable asset" for a decade or more. Get out of there. Get another job where you aren't made to feel inferior by you employer. Enjoy life!
Wait until the 2026 FAST goal measurements. It feels like a fast pass to a partially met, PIP and a RIF with no severance.
And of course the sinister AI performance expectations mandate that employees MUST SHOW SUFFICIENT ENTHUSIASM for AI, which is almost laughable. Why should someone be enthusiastic about technology that is very likely to destroy jobs?
Well put. This is not a company I would recommend to anyone.
I received a partially meets (the first since I joined in nearly 2 decades). It was in a new role and that was the explanation i.e. due to Big Steve's previous view that we should see a partial as a good outcome. Never mind it impacts pay and bonus of course. A startup would not erode employee morale this way but I guess people quitting is baked into the policy.
My direct manager was supportive so I have not quit but for my own security I will be actively looking at new roles and between that and other morale and productivity wrecking policies like mandatory attendance, AI usage for the sake of it, (and now analytics) I've lost all respect for senior management. The share price suggests the market has too.
It would nice to work somewhere where our value feels recognized and we can be allowed to get on with our jobs.
