@1kt add Netflix to the mix. Whole streaming industry is unstable.
At the end of the day there is a way for you to be happy using your skills with a lot less stress than the paramount sh~t show. It’s not gonna be at fox/sony/comcast/disney. They are all following the same game plan of firing and not willing to spend on resources. Streamers seem more financed but have no loyalty. If you want the same or better pay you’re going to have to go somewhere outside the box. I’m sure it’s out there. Just don’t limit yourself.

started searching the moment ellison announced 5 days RTO. knew it was going to be a sh-tshow and every additional month i've been here has only confirmed that. already put in my two weeks though, praying for everyone else still onboard.
