The wireless industry does not traditionally have a great reputation when it comes to being transparent. That was the basis of T-Mobile’s entire Un-carrier strategy, which forced Verizon and AT&T to drop what used to be the mainstays of how the industry charged.

And here are less price hikes, be proud to be a customer of a company that only cares about the money and not how they acquired that money. Capitalism yall. If we are not profitable we don't get investors, after all they are the main point that matters on how we do business. Integrity after metrics seems to be the goal here. Especially when integrity matters most. Welcome to Verizon.
