Others hearing AIP is disappointing for 2025? What is percent rewarded for corporate?

I am not sure what we will get but I do know Bill and his crew will get millions, so you better get back to work to make sure they have enough for the third mansion.
@eb yes, eligible for AIP unless let go for cause. Amount would still depend on performance prior to separation. Not eligible for LTI unless here on day of award.
If you were rif’d late in the year, will you still get a pro rated aip? Asking for a friend that was let go.

I can also confirm that company target is at 100%
AIP showed as 0-200% based on employee performance. Merit 1.75% is correct but that’s a certain grade and up. Certain grade and lower is 2.5 merit.
I heard the very highest anyone could get for merit was 1.75%.

My manager informed me that Corporate hit their 100% target. He wasn’t sure of specifics and didn’t think it was as high as last year, but 100% mark was met. I guess we’ll see
