Achieved gets you promoted. Exceeds keeps you at same level. How can VP and SVPs justify it? No relation between rating and promotion at TR? What gives? Disappointed.

Be a court jester. Performance is irrelevant. To get promoted, su-k up to three levels of management, mirror their politics, and fake interest in their personal lives, kids and cats. That's TR.
