Wondering what’s the “average” pay increase / bonus adjustment for each of the performance categories.
I know this year (and is typically) a let down, but what are the numbers from the low end of “did not meet” to the high end of “far exceeded”?

The only thing exceeded gets you is lower down the layoff list when it comes to the next cycle of redundancies.
Monetary wise you get a token gesture nothing to run around waving arms in the air about 😆
If you don’t care about redundancy then not worth the extra sweat going for exceeded.
Did not meet - take 2 bananas from you.
Far exceeds - you get 2 bananas
