@OP what part of the company do you work in that is not already having reorgs or severance? Those are already happening in chemicals, completed in PNT, upstream, refining, and products, functions, and I’m sure many other places. Of course this will continue this year.
Still the poor performance of Q4 only ensured the adoption of worst layoff measures prepared in the plan book.

and so the proper solution is to do the bare minimum
