The sad reality is he will still find a job somewhere after an utter and absolute failure here and prior jobs. Yet f9 keeps him employed while laying off people who actually do some work. It’s a systemic issue.

Yes Ajay Awatramani is the worst leader I’ve ever had to work for. He simply fills the gaps in things he doesn’t know or understand (quite a bit here) by simply making things up. Literally out of thin air. Plus his moral character is very poor which is a sad thing all its own. He can’t be replaced soon enough unless the company needs a scapegoat to pin everything bad on so they keep him around knowing he’s causing damage.
