In response to the new compensation plan, we should all walk out and stop working until they review it. Let’s see how that goes for them. They can’t fire us all.

No we just don't sell, and push all deals out in the forecast. they're constrained stock is safe. not closing business for this company that we don't get paid for.

The new sales comp plan would never go over in other countries, certainly not in Australia. Why? Because employees in these countries ban together and force change to improve their working conditions. In America, you all bend over and take it up the a-s. You do nothing. You have more power than you realize. You get what you bend over for.
