Have there be layoffs in the HR department?
When applying for a job, the recruiter doesn't respond to emails - even after they specifically said to let them know if we didn't hear from the job interviewer after one week?

If they haven’t already they should strongly consider cutting headcount. Has any noticed how many they have in the ‘engagement and experience’ area???
Not sure if recently they had them but last year I know they did during cascade reimagining or whatever the he-l they call it. Lots of HR stuff now being done over india too. Anything that isnt high risk is being sent to india. They will tell you and the local media it is AI but it isn't. Just good old cheap labor and a business model from 2001. We are ready for 2030 though!
