ME, 2%.
Message received. Starting to look for a new gig.
4.5%
I got 100% increase, by taking my ERP package and using it all on INTC at $18.
Ya Shoulda Taken The Package!
20% (exceeds) - and I'm still underpaid by 10-20% compared to my peers.
Meets. 5.2%. Exempt.
I am very pleased as it is no longer worth it to look for a gig flipping burgers as the salary > stress + min wage job. Still a gamble, but one that may payoff by the time i'm 70 in 2044

@b2 hahaha def met, biggest target for ai replacement. Its coming...
I agree, s p 500 annual return vs typical home loan rate. No brainer. milk ur mortgage put free money in investments. Payin off a low rate loan does not make finacial sense. Might make u feel good pay off house but finacially its not beneficial. Unless u have a really bad loan rate above 17 percent
Meets, 3.7%. 100%*117% APB and 100% RSU target.
@k4 leverage low mortgage loan rate dont pay house off. U only tie ur money up into ur home and it becomes dead money untill u sell. The money u expend to pay off house with good investing can make more for u percentage why and offer liquidity. Plus if u itemize u miss this big tax deduction.

I do hope time-in-grade is no longer a thing. I can't seem to get out of G5
3.9 like the person above I am putting toward 401k and using ESPP for paying house off. house will be paid off in 7 months. The writing on the wall of layoffs has me wanting to be financially secure. If I don’t get laid off then woo hoo! Life will be good.
Got a next grade, 21%
@dz grade increases are not done on individual merit. You have to beat out everyone else. How long you been in your grade? And which grade is it
3.5 cola but making > buck 40 then APB 117, all goes 401k and house paying down in 2 years . . FU Politicians

3.9% but no grade increase despite meeting every criteria. My salary is still nearly $10,000 below the Pay Modeling App's "median" for my grade.
Grade increase so north of 10%
Looks CPM helped. Expectations were low to begin with and bo-m a 6.9 was unexpected!
