@a3 my bet is about 3-4k of us wont have jobs then they dont have to pay the bonuses at all
@af exactly
if you have a sabbatical this year they are offering to pay you out of it. No idea what amount
@ak thank you very much for confirming. They're a bunch of c**ts
@aj anyone who qualifies this year in 2026 will get it and if you qualified in 2025 but just not took it yet but no more from 2027 onwards
Are sabbaticals actually being scrapped? Effective when?
@af this is actually depressing 😭
No doubt when redundancy comes there will be no more enhanced packages either. Bare minimum i bet
They've clearly been trying to ki-l the sabbatical off for a while, this feels like just an excuse. Also those 'long-term cash' payments instead of bonuses sting this year in particular.
Real trash way to treat employees but entirely expected at this point.
They honestly read the best books on motivation :D
This is precisely what you do to alienate your crew before tackling the task ahead, and make them disinterested entirely.
Who even still gets a sabbatical these days? Be grateful you still have a job—for now.
@OP insane
Health insurance will probably be next to go
What a great way to rally your troup for the storm ahead
Yeah, the timing could not be better for a new guy :D
The tone is firmly set, fasten your seatbelts :D
The next guy hasn’t even started yet! We’ll be down to our bare bones by the end of the year! Not that there were many perks to the job anyway!
